We brew, serve and sell organic, fair trade coffees roasted by Montana Coffee Traders in Whitefish, and have a large selection of organic and fair trade teas including Montana Tea&Spice Trading Company teas out of Missoula. The Gallery always purchases a share in Common Ground Farm – an organic farm right here in the Jocko Valley. From late spring through early fall our salads and soups are made from their fresh and delicious produce. Root crops last through early winter! Western Montana Food Coop helps to supply us with organic milk for our creamed soups and other local, organic items. Most of our meats are Montana Natural meats from ranches in Western Montana. Fresh, healthy and delicious!

Ciabatta bread served with our soups is hand crafted by Le Petit Outre bakery in Missoula. Creamy mouth watering ice creams are made by Big Dipper Ice Cream, also in Missoula. And we use Montana Wheat flour in our baked goods, and serve our sandwiches on their whole grain breads.
